I have personally used several online stock trading platforms (available through a Web browser), direct access trading platforms and currency trading platforms.I developed my personal ratings for online stock trading platforms for my private purposes. Now, I would like to share my experiences with some stock trade software. Number one are direct access trading platformsStock trading for profit must be done professionally. And professionals use direct access stock trade software. This type is not only the best day trading platform but also very good software for swing trading. (click to image for larger view) Online stock market trading platformsThese are based on a Web browser are good only for position trading and longer term trading. They do not allow a quick reaction, and so they aren’t good for a short-term trading style. But you can use it also when you are traveling and need access to your online trading brokerage account.My favourite trading platformsI personally use Peak access as my favorite direct access stock trading software. It fits my needs as a swing trader. Several other traders have told me that it could also be the best day trading platform. Well, I don’t want to say that it’s best since it’s very subjective. But I think it’s really good.I also have experience with the trading workstation from Interactive Brokers. I personally don’t like to use this direct access trading software. I like to use some front end like Quotetracker to manage trades on an Interactive Brokers account. It’s really good software if not one the best Forex online programs for trading.
