Stock trading platformsThere are a lot of different stock trading platforms in the world. I have personally used several online stock trading platforms (available through web browser), direct access trading platforms and currency trading platforms. I developed my personal ratings for online stock trading platforms for my private purposes. And here I would like to share my experiences with some stock trading software. Number one are direct access trading platformsStock trading for profit must be done professionally. And professionals use direct access stock trading platforms. This type is not only best day trading platform but also very good software for swing trading. (click to image for larger view) Online stock market trading platformsbased on web browser are good only for position trading and longer term trading. They do not allow quick reaction and so they are not good for short term trading style.My favourite trading platformsI personally use Peak access as my favorite direct access stock trading software. It fits with my needs of swing trader. But I discussed it with several another traders who told me that it could be also best day trading platform. Well, I do not want to tell that it is best as it is very subjective. But I think it is really good.I have also experiences with Trading workstation from Interactive Brokers. I personally do not like to use this direct access trading software directly. I like to use some front end like Quotetracker to manage trades on Interactive Brokers account. It is really good software if not one the best forex online platforms for trading.
