Stock trading education is important part in process to become profitable stock trader. Anybody trying to make money trading stocks without stock trading training will lose money. And we , who were asking "teach me to trade stock market" several times already will be the ones who will take money from these losers.
What are options for stock trading training?
Stock trading education can be obtained by several different ways. I personally used them during my first years when I tried to understand how to trade stocks. I did not use all stock trading education options at once. But sometimes I was using more than one in the same time. I was reading good book and also I was subscribed to good stock trading newsletter.And I am using some forms of stock trading education also today, when I trade stock markets for 10 years already. The stock trading education process never ends.
Stock market basics
could stay the same - well mostly. But stock market behavior is changing from time to time. There are also several new products introduced from time to time. And also brokers are continuously developing their stock trading platforms and are adding new features. So it is always good to check use some of the stock trading education materials described below from time to time.
Stock trading books
Stock trading books are good source of knowledge about how to trade stocks. They are also good option for learning how to invest in stocks.Unfortunately there are plenty of stock trading books available. It is hard to select good titles. My personal tip is to find some good stock trading web sites of individual traders and investors and read their
reviews of stock trading books.
And then buy some titles based on what you will read there. If you like the reviews , of course. There is also possible to read sample pages of books on online bookstore sites.
I would like also to recommend considering to buy and read also some e-books available on stock trading sites. Good ebooks are written by professional traders who do trading full time and could be filled with their personal experience. Do not expect that every stock trading book or ebook will provide you completely new set of information. As you will read more of them then you will see that stock trading basics described in all of them are almost the same. But what is good is that there are several (sometimes only few) pieces of info , few sentences or paragraphs that have value you paid for the book or ebook. And so I also recommend to
read some books again
for reason mentioned in previous paragraph. As your trading will progress you will have more knowledge about how to trade stocks then you will be able to find some new info in the book you read some time ago. But you did not understand importance of this info before because you were not so experienced. Psychology and emotions are part of trading and it is good to learn how to control them. There are

Great traders provide interviews from time to time. They are published in a book or could be found on the Internet.If you find some

with best world's traders then read it. Such material is really worth of reading. It can help you to discover
new trading rules
for your stock trading plan.

and online stock trading courses
Using stock trading video, DVDs or online stock trading courses is also very good option of stock trading education. You can see practically how the speaker do analysis and trading and compare it with your action. This info is very valuable as you can see that it is not rocket science to use stock trading platform of
good online broker.
That it is not complicated to use some good free

available online or to use good
stock analysis software.
Stock trading newsletters
These newsletters provide you regular info about stock market analysis or economic analysis done by newsletter writer. I like only personal newsletters written by concrete person. I do little research of such person, and then I read some of his previous newsletters or articles. And if I like what I see, I subscribe to his newsletter.There are paid and free newsletters. Well here I must admit that the most valuable newsletters I ever read were paid newsletters. But most writers of really good paid newsletters provide some version of free newsletter - maybe in much less frequency or with less info published. I personally could publish
my free newsletter
only every two weeks. And most good stock trading newsletters offer free trial period available for testing purposes. And finally most trading newsletters provide monthly or quarterly payments so it is easy to cancel subscription if you find newsletter unusable or obsolete for you. One good swing

Stock trading blogs and websites
Some traders who write best stock trading newsletters also publish their own stock trading blog (

) or stock trading website. These free resources could provide you another insight to their thinking. And you can evaluate if you like to follow such blog or website regularly or not.
Swing or day trading forums and chat rooms
There are several online stock trading forums available on the Internet. They are good resources for trader who is learning how to invest in stocks or how to trade stocks.
Using of these forums
could have its positives but also negatives. Also very frequent usage of real time chat rooms is distracting. Most of wanna-be traders finish with more chatting then really trading for money. So be careful if you want to use some real time trade chart rooms. It is much better to use closed or paid stock trading forums then real-time chat rooms.
Individual mentoring
This is most expensive type of stock trading education. But I must admit that it is also most effective. Individual mentoring is worth of its price. It helps to become trader much sooner and also it could provide info not available anywhere else. When mentor is good trader than he or she will share his individual secrets with you. He is also available for future discussions about trading. The only issue is to find really good trader who is willing to provide also mentoring. Trading is very time consuming business so it is not easy to find trader who can provide some mentoring. I personally do individual mentoring for my clients only few times a year as I am not able to find more time to do it. If anybody can afford this type of learning I recommend using it.
