How to find and trade best exchange traded fund
ETF (Exchange traded funds) are great vehicles for short or mid-term trading.
I personally use these shares also for all these actions:If you do not know what exchange traded funds are, I prepared
this description
about them. There are several categories of these shares. I personally monitor these
major groups:
Economy of one major emerging market - India - could be traded using
India exchange traded funds.
Real estate market could be tracked using
REIT ishares funds.
Another interesting group of sector shares are
Airline exchange traded funds
There’s also a relatively new group of exchange traded funds that are inversely correlated to the underlying index. They are known as
Short or inverse
funds. I like them very much since I can use these exchange traded funds for a short type of trade. I do not need to enter a short trade in a specific index or a sector exchange traded funds, but I will enter long trade in this inversely correlated exchange traded funds. Today you can find also
leveraged funds
shares but they can be risky for longer
type of trade.
